How to Contact Your NCH Physician Group Doctor
If you already have an NCH Physician Group provider, and you need to schedule an appointment, renew a prescription or simply ask a question, you can reach your doctor's office by calling their direct phone line. If your phone call is being made during lunch or after hours, you may be routed to our answering service.
Need a New Doctor?
If you are new to the area, or have been a member of the community for a while but need a new doctor, we invite you to call our "Patient Navigator Service" department at 239-436-2855 or toll free 877-436-2855. Click here to learn more about this service. The staff of our Patient Navigator Service is specially trained to help you find a new doctor. They will also be happy to schedule your first appointment!

All messages left after business hours will be returned by a staff member from that department on the next business day.
Questions About Your Bill?
The staff in our Central Billing Office is available to answer your questions about your bill from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. Simply call 239-624-0400 or toll-free 877-263-2899 to reach one of our knowledgeable billing specialists if you have questions about your balance, payments or payment plans.

You may call our NCH Physician Group Administrative Office at 239-624-4000. If you are calling after 5:00 pm, you may leave a voice message and our administrative staff will return your call on the next business day.
