Overview
Community Home Care provides quality service for clients requiring medical and non-medical care. Services can be provided in the home or an outside facility such as the hospital, skilled nursing facility or assisted living facility.
Defining Private Duty
Private Duty Care may be required when an individual needs assistance to perform their personal care and activities of daily living. These services make it possible for clients to maintain their independence. We will also assist the client's permanent caregiver and provide respite care for family members. We can provide services after surgery, long-term illness or during in conjunction with hospice services.
