About NCH Healthcare System
NCH Healthcare System, a not-for-profit healthcare organization, was founded in 1953. NCH Baker Hospital was the first hospital in Naples, Florida. From our humble beginning, NCH has grown into a vibrant healthcare system which spans 716 inpatient beds split between two hospitals, two freestanding emergency centers, several urgent care clinics and many outpatient physician offices all with the same goal in mind; provide exceptional care to our Southwest Florida residents and visitors. We are nationally certified as a stroke center, open heart and orthopedic surgery centers.
For the last seven years, NCH Healthcare System ranked in the top 5% nationally for overall clinical excellence and was recognized by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations for our acute care and ambulatory services. NCH was the first healthcare system in Florida to become a member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network which provides additional support not found in other systems and is a Blue Zones Project member focused on empowering the community. NCH has a 60-year history of excellence, and we hope you will consider becoming a part of our family and share in our bright future.
