Mary Jo Cruz Marrero, PharmD.
Dr. Cruz Marrero graduated with her Doctor of Pharmacy from Nova Southeastern University. Her interests included Critical Care and Infectious Disease. She elected to participate in the Anticoagulation and Antimicrobial Stewardship Committees. She completed a quality improvement project on time to therapeutic Heparin anti-Xa levels and adherence to the dosing protocol. After the PGY1 residency year, Mary Jo intends on becoming board certified in pharmacotherapy.
Glorida Weinberg, PharmD.
Dr. Weinberg graduated with her Doctor of Pharmacy from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Florida. Her interests included Oncology and Psychiatry. She elected to participate in the Glycemic Control and Opioid Stewardship Committees. She completed a project on the appropriate use of insulin infusions in the intensive care unit to improve blood sugar control in critically ill patients. She is now employed as a pharmacist at NCH Healthcare System and intends to become board certified in pharmacotherapy.
