Family Medicine

The family medicine division of the NCH physician group offers care to the whole family, by treating not only illnesses, but by helping you find ways to improve your health and prevent disease. Our family medicine offices provide complete care to infants, children, adolescents, adults and the elderly.

Family Medicine Services

An allergist is an internal medicine and/or pediatric physician who has undergone at least two additional years of specialized training in allergy, asthma and immunology.

Allergists are specifically trained to diagnose and treat patients who have allergies, asthma and immunologic diseases. Our allergy and immunology doctors provide consultation, testing, treatment and continuing care for allergies and allergic conditions, plus testing and treatment for disorders of the immune system, including:

  • Complete history and physicals
  • Acute and follow-up visits
  • Management of chronic disease
  • Preventative screenings
  • Care of minor injuries
  • Yearly well woman exams
  • School and sports physicals
  • Vaccinations
  • Blood draws for lab tests
  • Pulmonary function tests
  • Electrocardiogram (EKG) test
