The NCH Name
- We are NCH.
- When asked, NCH stands for Naples Comprehensive Health.
- Do not use NCH Healthcare System (only used for DBA legal name).

& Reach
- We serve Southwest Florida and beyond.
- We are based in Naples, Florida.
- Limit reference to Collier County.
NCH is an Advanced Community Healthcare System™.
Or an advanced healthcare system (lowercase with no TM)

- If NCH context is understood, NCH can be removed for abbreviation. (e.g., Baker campus)

Our Care Team
- Physicians are doctors who earned a medical degree and specialize in one area of medicine.
- Providers are healthcare professionals who offer medical services and are not physicians.
- Clinicians is a broad term for healthcare professionals who work directly with patients, including physicians, nurses, pharmacists and other allied health professionals.
- We say “physicians” when referring only to medical doctors, “physicians and providers” for the care team, or “clinicians” to broadly refer to all who directly care for patients.
