THE PREVENTIVE CARDIOLOGY CENTER OF EXCELLENCE
at the NCH Rooney Heart Institute is dedicated to helping individuals understand and reduce their risk for heart disease through advanced screening, evidence-based prevention strategies, and personalized care.
This program employs the expertise of our experienced faculty members who have created nationally-recognized dyslipidemia guidelines and uses evidence-based blood testing and state-of-the-art imaging technology, powered by artificial intelligence, to identify and pre-emptively treat those at risk for heart attack, stroke and reduced blood flow to the legs. The objective of this center is to identify cardiovascular risk early — often before symptoms appear — and develop customized plans to protect long-term heart and vascular health.
