Program Overview

Welcome! Thank you for your interest in our ACGME-accredited three-year Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship, in collaboration with Northwestern Medicine, Chicago’s premier academic health system, at Naples Comprehensive Health.

The dedicated faculty and staff at the NCH Rooney Heart Institute are committed to training fellows to become exceptional and compassionate health care providers. Our award-winning institute provides cardiac catheterization, cardiac imaging, cardiac rehabilitation, cardiothoracic surgery, clinical and interventional cardiology, and electrophysiology.

Our aims are to provide fellows with world-class training to achieve independence and board certification, and to integrate fellows into clinical research and publications to allow them to proceed into academic or non-academic careers and/or advanced fellowships.
