Naples Comprehensive Health (NCH) is committed to compliance with Federal civil rights laws and fostering an inclusive environment for all. NCH ensures equal access to our services by providing free aids and services for individuals with disabilities, such as qualified sign language interpreters and alternative formats like large print or audio. Additionally, we offer free language services, including interpreters and translated materials, for those whose primary language is not English.
If you need assistance, contact any staff member. If you believe you have experienced discrimination or that services were not provided appropriately, you may file a grievance with our Patient Relations Department or the Director of Accreditation & Regulatory Compliance at 624-4921. Grievances can also be filed with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights, by phone at 1-800-368-1019 or online through the OCR Complaint Portal.
