Claim Process

At NCH, we understand how important your personal belongings are. If you’ve lost an item during your visit, our Lost and Found team is here to help. Below is an overview of how the claims process works:

Submit a Claim

Start by completing our Lost Item Claim Form. You’ll be asked to provide:

  • A detailed description of the item
  • The date and location it was lost
  • Your contact information
  • A photo of the item (optional)

This helps us match your report with any items that have been turned in.

Claim Review

Once your form is submitted:

  • Our team will review your claim within 1–3 business days
  • We’ll compare your description with items currently in our Lost and Found inventory
  • If we need more information, we may contact you for clarification

Item Match & Verification

If we find an item that matches your description:

  • You’ll be contacted via your preferred method (phone or email)
  • You may be asked to verify ownership by describing unique features or providing proof of ownership
  • In some cases, a valid photo ID may be required at pickup

Item Pickup or Return

  • Items can be picked up at the designated Lost and Found location during business hours
  • If you’re unable to return in person, we may be able to coordinate with a representative or arrange shipping (at your expense)
