This esteemed award places the Marco Island clinic ian the top 10% of urgent care centers nationwide, based on data from the 2024 PRC Urgent Care Services Normative Database.Presented by Professional Research Consultants (PRC), the 5-Star Award honors healthcare facilities that consistently deliver exceptional patient experiences. This highly anticipated center will dramatically expand access to advanced care for the Marco Island community. Designed with patient comfort and efficiency in mind, the new building will feature on-site radiology and CT scanning, in-house lab services, and a highly trained team of board-certified emergency medicine physicians and nurses. The upgraded facility will offer the same compassionate, patient-centered care that earned the current 5-Star Award—now in a larger, modern environment tailored to meet growing demand. With expanded capabilities and faster turnaround times, patients will benefit from more comprehensive services without needing to leave the island. This is the first time Marco Island Urgent Care has received a patient experience award, making it a particularly meaningful milestone for the clinic and the community it serves as opening day for the new facility draws nearer.
