Marc D. Colton, MD
Urologist Dr. Marc D. Colton received his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine. He completed his urology and general surgery training at Temple University Hospital and his urologic oncology training at the Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia. Dr. Colton is certified by the American Board of Urology and has more than 20 years of experience in private practice.
Elliot K. Blau, MD
Dr. Blau joined NCH as a urologist in 2020. He completed his medical school training at Florida State University and went on to complete his residency at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle, Washington. Following residency, he completed his fellowship in Minimally Invasive and Robotic Surgery at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, Washington with Dr. James Porter, one of the world’s preeminent robotic surgeons.
Dr. Colton has a strong interest in urologic oncology and uses minimally invasive techniques, such as robotic and laparoscopic surgery, in treating prostate, kidney and bladder cancer. He also provides a full range of urological care to his patients including laser surgery for BPH and medical and surgical management for erectile dysfunction, urinary incontinence and kidney stones.
Dr. Blau practices in all areas of urology, with special interests in urologic oncology, benign prostate hyperplasia, kidney stones and minimally invasive and robotic surgery.
Awards and Accolades
Dr. Colton performed the first Greenlight laser TURP in the State of New Jersey, which is a surgical standard of care for managing men with obstructive urinary symptoms of BPH. Dr. Colton has been named one of the Top Doctors in New Jersey Monthly, Inside New Jersey and Castle Connolly New York and Metro area publications.
Dr. Blau is a Florida native and grew up in Sarasota, Florida. He studied biology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he graduated with distinction. He has authored multiple publications on prostate cancer, kidney cancer and robotic surgery techniques.
