In our pursuit to help everyone live a longer, happier and healthier life, we provide several, flexible membership options to the community. Although we partner with internal medical providers and their patients, our centers are open to the entire community! Whether you are visiting beautiful Naples on vacation, a year-round resident, or living here seasonally, we have a membership to help you succeed.

Wellness Memberships
Choose the membership that fits your lifestyle and wellness goals.
Annual Memberships
Annual members pay membership dues for 12 months in a single, up-front payment. There are no initiation fees. This is the most flexible and cost-effective membership and is ideal for our seasonal residents. Annual members may place their accounts on hold for a minimum of four weeks and a maximum of 12 months. Annual members never pay a reactivation fee when unfreezing their accounts. If freeze times exceed 12 months, all unused membership time expires. Annual members receive the following membership benefits:
- 10% discount off of the monthly dues
- No reactivation fee following a hold
- Access to both Wellness Centers
- Unlimited access to all group fitness classes
- Access to the outdoor lap pool (available at Briggs Wellness only)
- Pilates Reformer and massage therapy services at reduced member rate
- Two complimentary one-hour gym equipment orientation sessions. Refresher orientations are available to members on an annual basis.
- Access to degreed wellness professionals for assistance with equipment, exercise plans and guidance with achieving health goals.

Corporate Memberships
As an employer, you know the health related costs of your employees are one of your most significant costs of doing business. Poor health leads to lower productivity, higher absenteeism, compromised well-being and rising insurance costs.
NCH Healthcare System has developed and manages an award winning, nationally recognized corporate wellness program for our colleagues. In May 2017, we became the first Healthcare System in the nation, the fourth worksite in the country and the first company in Florida to become a Certified Blue Zone Worksite. We continue to focus on positively shaping our work environment, social networks and purpose resulting in year over year improvements in well-being scores, health risks and health care expenses.
To assist you in maximizing the potential of your workforce, NCH Wellness offers reduced monthly and annual membership rates for businesses and organizations. To qualify for the discount, the business/organization must have the following:
- A minimum of five (5) active wellness memberships required at all times to continue receiving discounted rate
- The membership dues must be paid by the employer or the employee
- The company must provide eligibility reports on a regular basis

Guest Passes
The NCH Wellness Center is pleased to offer several options for guests to receive special guest passes and pricing.
Single Day Guest Pass - $15.00
- Allows access to both facilities for the entire day
- Unlimited access to all group exercise classes for the day
- Access to the outdoor lap pool (available at Briggs Wellness only)
- Guests under 16 years must be accompanied and supervised (within eye sight at all times) by a legal guardian in all areas of the center including the locker rooms
- Children under 12 years of age are not permitted in the Wellness Center unless working with an NCH Wellness personal trainer
30-Day Consecutive Guest Pass - $75.00
- Enjoy all the benefits of a single day pass with a discounted package deal
- Visits must be used on consecutive days
- Unused days expire after 30 days
12 Visits Guest Pass - $100.00

Monthly Memberships
Monthly members pay the monthly dues on the first of every month via a credit card on file.
There are no initiation fees. For your convenience, the initial/joining month is pro-rated.

Monthly Cancellations
Cancellations must be done by signing a cancellation request at the front desk. The monthly dues are not pro-rated during the month of the cancellation. All monthly members must pay a reactivation fee of $25.00 after a cancellation. Monthly members must complete one full billing cycle before a membership can be cancelled.
Medical Holds
We understand the importance of our members’ health and well-being. As a member, if you need to put your membership on hold for medical reasons, simply provide us with a note from your physician upon your hold or reactivation to waive the reactivation fee of $25.00.

Student Membership
NCH Wellness makes it easy for students to exercise with discounted monthly and annual membership options. We also offer flexible short-term membership options throughout the year.
- Students must be at least 16 years of age to join independently and must be currently enrolled in classes to receive the discounted membership rate.
- Proof of student status must be provided at time of joining and may include a current class schedule, transcript, or report card.
- Student IDs are not accepted proof.
- Restrictions may apply.
- Students under age 16 must be accompanied and supervised (within eyesight) by parent or legal guardian with an active membership at all times, in all areas of the facility, including locker rooms.
- A parent’s signature is required on the membership form for students between 12–17 years of age.
