Your Surgical Journey

Prior to your surgery, you will be contacted to complete our assessment process. You may complete an in-person PAT appointment. Your medical history will be reviewed and any tests needed will be performed.

IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION

Notify your physician if there is any change in your health such as a cold, fever, sore throat, or skin rash prior to surgery. For women, if there is any possibility that you are pregnant, please notify your physician or facility.

PREPARING FOR SURGERY

Prior to your surgery, you will be contacted to complete our assessment process. You may complete an in-person PAT appointment.

Insurance & Financial Information

The center will call to discuss your insurance and financial expectations at least 3 days prior to your procedure.

DAY OF SURGERY

Bring your picture ID, insurance cards, any paperwork from your physician office, a list of your medication and a form of payment if your insurance company requires a co-payment.

What to Bring & Do

RECOVERY & AFTERCARE

Immediate Post-Op Monitoring

After surgery you will be moved to the recovery area where you will be closely monitored until you are ready to go home.

At Home Progress

We care about your recovery after surgery. A nurse will call you to check on your progress the following business day.

Your physician will provide specific instructions for care while recovering at home; in the event of any difficulty, please contact your physician.
