How to Apply
Program Eligibility
- Doctor of Pharmacy professional degree from an ACPE-accredited school
- Florida pharmacist license within 120 days of program start date
- United States citizenship or permanent residence (Green Card)
Application Requirements
- Official transcripts from all colleges of pharmacy attended
- Current curriculum vitae (CV)
- Personal letter of intent
- Three references utilizing the standardized reference form in PhORCAS (minimum three (3) narrative sections). One reference must be from a clinical preceptor.
