Group Fitness Classes

About Our Classes & Schedules

The NCH Wellness Centers have over 200 group fitness classes each week including Pilates reformer and aquatic classes. Our instructors have a nationally recognized group fitness certification and are CPR certified through the American Heart Association.

Each instructor provides proper group exercise instruction appropriate for the class being instructed while offering modifications to accommodate different levels of fitness. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve flexibility, enhance cardiovascular health, or simply have fun while working out, our diverse class offerings provide options for all fitness goals and experience levels.
