NAPLES, Fla. – Feb. 25, 2021 To show our appreciation and thanks for our staff’s hard work and dedication during this unprecedented season, NCH is happy to announce the following remarkable upgrades to our benefits and pay rate structure that take effect on May 9, 2021:
• 5% pay increase for all employees, excluding executive team and our providers.
• $0 medical insurance premiums for staff.
• PTO Cash Out at 100%.
• Free Meal Punch Card for five free meals each month from our cafeterias.
Details about these exciting changes to our pay and benefits offerings are being shared with NCH staff in the coming days. Additionally, these benefits are also available to new hires.
NCH, like all healthcare systems across the nation, has been significantly impacted by the pandemic. We continue to strive to quickly fill vacancies to stabilize our staffing and are fortunate that we have been able to offer a variety of incentives to get us through this unprecedented time. For over a year, our staff has worked tirelessly through the challenges of the pandemic together.

“Personally for me, it gives me so much more opportunity to stay and grow here at NCH,” said Diel Malo, RN, who started his career at NCH in 2011 as a clinical tech and went on to become a registered nurse on 4 North at the Baker Hospital two years ago. “I’m very appreciative and grateful for these improvements to my pay and benefits.”
