Born and raised in Perry Hall, Maryland; my passion for fitness and coaching started very early in life. I was a competitive gymnast for 20 years and was inspired to coach after always being around and learning so much from my coaches. I am currently an ultra runner; training and competing in 50 - 100+ mile races. I coach a lot of sports performance movements and functional body weight and core strength. I love what I do!

I took control of my health years ago and lost 90 pounds, and fitness became crucial to my long-term success and my happiness. Time spent in the gym taking classes evolved into teaching classes such as cardio kickboxing, boot camp, HIIT/Tabata, strength training and total body strength. After earning my bachelor's in business and years in the corporate world, I switched gears to pursue my passion for fitness and wellness full-time. I am doing what I love!
